Explore. Understand. Make a difference.

Understanding neurodiversity is an ongoing journey. Whether you are exploring your own experiences, supporting     someone else or developing more inclusive practices, access to clear and reliable information can make a meaningful difference.

At Neuro-diversity UK, we believe that useful information should be accessible, practical and relevant to everyday life.

This Month's Spotlight
Worth a Watch & Worth a Read

A little inspiration. A deeper understanding. Something worth exploring.

Each month, Neuro-diversity UK highlights an educational video and a piece of research that encourages us to think differently about neurodivergence.

Worth a Watch - One video. One important message.

Our featured video explores a topic that can help develop greater understanding of neurodivergent experiences.

Whether you're a parent, educator, employer or simply interested in learning more, we hope it encourages you to consider a different perspective or a practical approach you can use.

Worth a Read - Making research meaningful.

Research can offer valuable insights into how we understand and support neurodivergent people, but academic findings are not always easy to interpret.

Each month, I will summaries a relevant piece of research and explore what the researchers investigated, what they found and why those findings may matter in everyday life.

Video title: What is Neurodiversity?

Why I choose this video-  I've chosen this video as our first monthly spotlight because understanding what neurodiversity really means is the starting point for meaningful inclusion. It encourages us to look beyond labels, challenge assumptions and recognise that different ways of thinking, learning and experiencing the world deserve understanding and respect.
